*Please note that you MUST come into The Matrix to sign all waiver forms and enroll your child into a class.  Enrollment may not be done over the phone for online enrollment.

You will not be able to sign up for classes online, but you can fill out all your paperwork online and we will get it via email!  You may want to print a copy of what you fill out and bring it with you to The Matrix when you come!  This is a new system for us, so we would hate for you to have to fill it out again if something didn't process correctly!  As soon as we receive your email, we will call you to get you registered in a class!  When we call, please have your credit card available to verify your card number!  You will need to stop by the desk PRIOR to your child's first day of class to sign the waiver!  Then you're ready to start your Matrix experience!
