The Matrix became a reality on March 31, 2008 after two years of planning and construction.  This 40,000+ square foot facility was born out of the necessity for a state-of-the-art tumbling, trampoline and cheerleading facility in the North Alabama region.  With one family's vision and the numerous talents and determination of many others, The Matrix is now the only facility in North Alabama offering so many programs under one roof!   Students and parents alike will find not only a place to train and lead a physically fit lifestyle, they will find a staff that cares about them and their family.  The entire staff focuses on making sure that every child is reaching their full potential, while practicing teaching progressive skills through safe and proven training methods. 

Coaches came from far and wide to see a facility that is truly like none other in the US.  Joy moved across the country with boundless excitement of the possibilities of the facility and lots eager & talented students.  Brad and Nancy left their gym in Montgomery to start a long awaited All-Star program in Huntsville.  Other coaches, assistants, instructors and trainers stop in daily to check it out and see how they too can become a part of The Matrix.  We are honored and humbled at the response to our facility.  We truly appreciate the individuals and the families who have decided to make The Matrix their training home.

Valley Baby of the Month Calendar  Be sure to pick up one of the Valley Baby of the Month calendars that are on sale!  These calendars were put together by Heather Bookout Photography and are sure to be a HUGE hit for Christmas and into the New Year!  100% of the proceeds benefit The March of Dimes and inside you will find valuable coupons for local businesses, including The Matrix and bloom dancewear!  Cost= $20

Salvation Army Angel Tree (2008, 2009):  The Matrix adopted several angels this year and had sign-ups to bring in gifts for them!  Thank you to everyone who donated their time, money, and thoughfulness to bring Christmas to less fortunate North Alabama children!  This will be an annual event from now on, so be on the lookout every Christmas for sign-ups at the front desk!

Lance Armstrong LIVESTRONG Day (October 2, 2009)  Come join in a FREE Bootcamp Class at 10:00am on Friday, October 2, 2009 as we raise money and awareness for Cancer Research (You DO NOT have to be a member of the Fitness facility to participate!).  You can make donations in honor or in memory of loved ones who have been affected by cancer.  Click on the link to learn more about the National Campaign and then come join in the fun at The Matrix!  There will be lot of giveaways and freebies, so come support finding a cure for cancer!

Swim for Melissa benefiting the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Huntsville Hospital Womens and Childrens Hospital (August 2008, 2009):  The Matrix donated all proceeds from Open Gym in August to this special cause!  We also had a swim team consisting of 8 of our athletes compete in the swim competition--these team members raised money of their own to donate to Swim for Melissa!  The proceeds are used to buy "Giraffe Beds" for the NICU and is very special and close to our hearts!  Click here to learn more about the Melissa George Neonatal Memorial Fund and other opportunities to support Huntsville Hospital.

The Huntsville Police Department vs The Huntsville Fire Department Annual Football Game!  (Friday, June 27, 2008  7:00pm  VBC Arena)  Come out and support the annual half-time fundraiser football game of the HPD vs HFD at The Vipers Football game!  The HPD has been using our facility to prepare for the game and to work out all their top secret winning plays!  Be sure to check out the HPD jerseys...sponsored by The Matrix!!!
