Cheertrix Classes (Cheerleading Skills + Tumbling)
Whiz Kids CheerTrix (Age 4 &5): rolls, handstands, cheer basics, motions, voice projection, jumps
CheerTrix Level 1: rolls, handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs, bridge kick overs, front and back limbers, front and back walkovers, drills for back handsprings.

Tryout Prep Classes:
These classes are specifically designed for those who are getting ready for tryouts.  The class will focus primarily on exercises to improve jumps as well as correcting jump technique, perfecting motion technique, and improving showmanship/confidence/memory skills through the learning of cheer/chant/dance and having the participants perform learned material in front of instructor for critique.

Skill Specific Training for Cheerleading or Dance
(Ages 6 and up)
Back Handspring: work on basic skills and drills to learn a proper back handspring.
Back Tuck: needs mastered standing back handspring and round off back handspring without spot on all surfaces to enter this class, will work on drills for standing back tucks and tucks after running tumbling.

Acrobatics:
(Ages 6 and up)
Beginner Acrobatics:  work on basic acrobatic skills, including lyrical tumbling and an array of dance specific skills 
Intermediate/Advanced Acrobatics: progressing into more advanced skills such as aerials, front aerial walkovers, back handspring step-outs, back layout step outs, and more.
