Beginner Recreational Classes
This class is for students who are NEW to tumbling or students who are still working on rolls, handstand forward rolls, handstands to bridge, bridge down to an 8" mat, and cartwheels, basic body position jumps and drops on trampoline. Ages 6 and up.Advanced Beginner Recreational Classes
Students have MASTERED Beginner skills and working on 1-arm cartwheel, round-off, bridge down kick-over on flat surface, front limber, and back limber. Ages 6 and up.Intermediate Recreational Classes
Must have MASTERED all Beginner and Advanced Beginner skills and is working on front and back walkovers, aerials, round-off back handspring(s), standing back handspring, front handsprings, front tucks. Ages 6 and up.Advanced Recreational Classes
Need mastered standing back handspring and round off back handspring without spot on all surfaces to enter this class, will work on drills for standing back tucks and tucks after running tumbling. Progression will move into fulls, double fulls, whip progressions, layout step outs, and elite skills. Ages 6 and up.Skill Specific Recreational Classes (Ages 6 and up)
East Coast Karate
Whiz Kids under the age of 3 and their parent(s) will LOVE this parent participation class! Specifically designed for the tiniest tumblers who are not comfortable alone in class, the Whiz Kids Tiny Tots program focuses on enhancing locomotive skills, balance, hand/eye coordination, entire body strength, as well as, kinesthetic awareness.
Whiz Kids need to be age 2 by September 1st to enroll in this class. Specifically designed for the tiniest tumblers, the Whiz Kids program focuses on enhancing locomotive skills, balance, hand/eye coordination, entire body strength, as well as, kinesthetic awareness. Like a school year, athletes remain in this class through May 2015.
