The Matrix boasts a 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, 8,000 square foot fitness facility equipped with the newest cardio and weight training equipment available from LifeFitness, Hammerstrength and Cybex.  The Matrix cardio equipment is fully loaded with individual cable TV tops, iPod jacks and USB cable ports letting you download your workout summaries! It is also unique in that parents can observe their children in the tumbling center while working out in the cardio area.   Personal trainers are available to coach and encourage people to reach their goals one-on-one.  Please call or ask about availability and rates of our personal training staff. 

The Matrix offers everything from Pilates to Belly Dancing!  The Matrix is also one of the only Les Mills gyms in the area!  Group Fitness Classes are avaliable daily and are help upstairs in the Group Fitness Room.  They are complimentary for our Fitness Members or $10/ class to non-members.  Non-members can also purchase Group Fitness passes that are 10 classes for $60.

Since The Matrix is a family-friendly facility, we have a place for everyone!  Children under the age of 13 can participate in the program.  Just sign up for the service when you start your Fitness Membership or anytime thereafter!  PlayCare is avaliable Monday - Friday 8am-11am and Monday - Thursday 3:30pm-7:30pm.

Group Fitness classes include: Les Mills BodyAttack AND Les Mills BodyPump, Cardio Fusion, Bodysculpt, Pilates, Yoga, Kickboxing, Cycle, Zumba, Boot Camp, Yoga Fusion, and MANY MORE!!  Classes are scheduled throughout the day at many convenient times. Hope to see you at a Group Fitness Class soon!!
